Terms of Use

The rules for Vidz AI accounts, AI video, credits, and payments.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using vidz-ai.com you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Vidz AI provides AI-assisted video creation and editing: Travel Video, Product Video, AI Studio Video, and Video Editor Chat. Features, models, prices, and processing times can change. AI outputs are probabilistic. We do not guarantee identity, product, lip-sync, or commercial fitness. Review every output before you publish it.

Identity and product fidelity

Prompts are designed to preserve faces, age, skin tone, body proportions, logos, labels, and other defining details unless you clearly ask for an allowed change. Results can still fail. You remain responsible for how you use an output.

Credits

Feature costs are shown before generation. Credits are deducted once when a job is accepted. Failed chargeable jobs that produce no usable output receive one automatic refund unless an administrator records a documented exception. Credits have no cash value except where a refund is required by law or our Refund Policy.

Your media

You keep rights you already hold. You grant Vidz AI a limited right to host, copy, transmit, and process that media only to operate the requested job, store the result for the retention period, and provide support. You confirm you have consent from every identifiable person and rights in any product, brand, music, or destination depicted.

Prohibited use

You must not use Vidz AI for nonconsensual intimate imagery, sexual or exploitative content involving minors, impersonation fraud, or other unlawful activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Payments

Prices are shown in Tanzanian shillings unless stated otherwise. Packages activate after confirmed payment. See the Refund Policy.
