Overview

Vidz AI ("we") operates vidz-ai.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you create an account, buy credits, upload video or photos, generate AI video, or contact support. It should be read with our Terms.

Information we collect

• Account details such as name, phone number, password hash, and verification status.
• Videos, photos, presets, instructions, and other content you submit.
• Payment records such as payer phone, package, amount, and status. We do not need your mobile-money PIN.
• Device, IP, session, job status, credit use, and support messages.

How we use information

We use this information to provide Vidz AI, authenticate accounts, process AI video jobs, charge and refund credits, prevent fraud, send transactional messages, and respond to support.

AI video processing

Uploaded media and instructions are sent to infrastructure providers acting for us, including Replicate, so we can return a result. We store source media and outputs so you can replay, download, and receive support.

Do not upload media you do not have rights or consent to use. Do not upload nonconsensual intimate content or sexual content involving minors.

Retention

Completed outputs are retained for 30 days unless you delete them earlier or a longer legal hold applies. Failed job media is retained for 7 days for support and refund review. Account, payment, credit ledger, and audit records may be kept longer for accounting, fraud prevention, and law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum needed with AI, payment, SMS, storage, and professional advisers, or when the law requires it.

Your rights

Subject to Tanzania's Personal Data Protection Act, 2022, you may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. We may need to verify your identity. Some ledger records cannot be erased.
