Refund Policy
When credits and payments are refunded.

Credits
If a paid video job fails before a usable output is stored, Vidz AI refunds those credits once. Duplicate refunds are not issued. Canceling a job before completion follows the same one-refund rule when credits were charged.
Purchases
Completed credit purchases are generally not refunded after credits are delivered. If payment succeeds but credits are not applied, contact support with the payment reference. Where Tanzanian consumer law requires a remedy, we will investigate and issue a credit correction or payment refund.
Retention and evidence
Failed job media is kept for 7 days so we can review a refund request. Completed outputs are kept for 30 days. Include the job id when you write on WhatsApp +255 624 089 337.
